Refund policy
- We offer 2-day easy returns and exchanges from the date of delivery, If you receive a damaged or defective product. After your request is approved, please allow 5–7 business days for the returned item(s) to reach us.
- We provide reverse pickup services, where available. A flat ₹100 reverse shipping fee will be deducted from the refund per order, regardless of how many items are returned.
- The courier will attempt pickup up to 2 times. If unsuccessful, your return will be cancelled.
- Please ensure that returned products are in their original condition as shipped—unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact. Items returned in poor condition will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
- Kindly allow up to 7 working days for us to process your return after we receive the product.

- Order cancellations are only possible until your order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
- Since all of our t-shirts are custom printed on order, we do not accept returns or exchanges if the product delivered matches the order placed and is free from any damage or printing error.
- Returns are only applicable in case of wrong, defective, or damaged items.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Bank details provided for refunds are considered final. We are not responsible for errors in account information shared by the customer.
- If you receive a delivered SMS or email but haven’t received the order, please notify us within 4-5 hours by emailing support@nisan.in with order ID and contact details.
- Customers are expected to take care of the product(s) while in their possession, including preserving packaging, tags, and related documents for return.
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 1 day of delivery by emailing support@nisan.in or messaging on WhatsApp at +91-9211891185 Include unboxing video, photos and a description of the issue.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund eligibility via email. Refunds, if approved, are generally processed within 2-3 Weeks of confirmation.
