Shipping policy
At Nisan Clothing Company, we strive to ensure a smooth, reliable, and customer-friendly shipping experience. Below are the details regarding how we handle shipping:
1. Free Shipping on Orders Over ₹499
We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹499. No hidden charges—just simple, transparent delivery.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for select pin codes across India. You can check COD availability during checkout.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch
Each item is custom printed especially for you. Please allow 3–4 business days for order processing before dispatch.
Note: Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
4. Delivery Timelines
- Domestic Orders: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Rural & Remote Areas: Delivery may take slightly longer. We’ll keep you informed of any delays.
5. Reverse Pickup & Returns Shipping
We offer reverse pickup services (where available). A flat ₹100 reverse shipping fee will be deducted from your refund per order, regardless of the number of items returned.
- The courier will attempt pickup up to 2 times. If unsuccessful, the return request will be canceled.
- Products must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact.
6. Responsibility Post-Delivery
A signature is required upon delivery for security. Once signed for, the package becomes the customer’s responsibility.
We are not liable for damages or losses that occur after delivery.
7. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. You’ll always see the total shipping cost before finalizing your order.
8. Order Issues & Support
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
